As every game demands a different type of training/ approach, our team of experts is well equipped to understand and customise the coaching plan as per the specific requirements. We focus on flexibility, agility, endurance, strength and psychological coaching of the players.

Flexibility refers to the total range of motion (ROM) of a joint or group of joints. The ability of a joint to move freely through the full range of motion and it differs from person to person and from joint to joint.

Agility is the ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively while under control. It requires quick reflexes, coordination, balance, speed, and correct response to the changing situation.

Endurance is the ability to withstand stress over prolonged periods of time.

Strength is the maximal force one can apply against a load.
